Corn Muffins

These are by far one of my favorite snack items, I love them, yes, I know they come from a box/mix but I really don't care, bisquick also falls into that category and its quite amazing... so there. Anyway I made them and now I'm writing a blog on them. Here they are:

Then I threw in a few tablespoons of sugar because I like them like that

A box makes 6

they bake for 15mins or so

Then they look like this

And you let them cool a little before popping them out of the tin and putting them on the table
